Aloha and Happy Anniversary! Early in the day for a cocktail for me, too, but I'll have some of that Kona coffee.
I went to a luau on the beach when I was in Hawaii years ago, with the hula and fire dancers. They roasted a huge pig which was good, but the poi you can have, tasted like cardboard paste, lol.

Yep. I have to agree. The poi and taro root stuff is icky imo. But I do love the pineapple. :D

I'm very late to the party but wanted to say "Happy Blog Birthday/Annverisary!"
Enjoyed the videos. When I was a kiddo, I took lessons in Hawaiian dancing. Did you know all the hand movements have a certain meaning? Love how the ladies move so gracefully.
Well, I'm going to mosey on over here to sit on the beach and sip on my Appletini, maybe catch some more of the fire dancing.
