I have a pothos in here, too. And its mama right outside the door to my office.

You've got fun toys! I've got a recalled James Hetfield bobblehead. The ones that were ordered destroyed. Yep, I've got one. He's hanging out with my Sharpies. Go figure. I think he wants to take his hands off his guitar and draw Scary Guys on my walls... (they *could* use something to liven them up!)

    Blogger pussreboots said ... (3:56 PM) :

Wow... quite a blast from the past. Happy TT.

    Blogger Kaige said ... (4:22 PM) :

I had thankfully forgotten about Monchichi until reading this list. Aiyeee... I love pothos and philodendrens. I better go water mine. They look a little unhappy.

    Happy TT, Tempest!

Blogger Isabelle Santiago said ... (4:22 PM) :

I can spend hours distracted by a slinky. *shakes head* Simple minds...

BTW, love the Star Wars memorabilia.

Blogger Gwen Mitchell said ... (4:29 PM) :

OMG that is a total flashback! You are officially awesome in my eyes now. I love the 80s. "By the power of Greyskull" ... *sniggers*

    Happy TT!

    Blogger Heather said ... (4:37 PM) :

Have to laugh at the Monchichi - funny!

    OpenID xakara said ... (5:36 PM) :

Now I have to go and buy a rubik's cube and an R2D2, because I'm missing out!

    *Grin*

I Want That Tiger Family. GIMME!!!!!!!!!

    Blogger Tara S Nichols said ... (8:59 PM) :

You have quite the eccentric collection. I don't have one item similar. All though I do very much admire your stars wars figurines. I loves the Hans, loves.

Blogger Kathleen Oxley said ... (9:52 PM) :

Great list - and lots of fun stuff! I'd totally forgotten about JEM & The Holograms, but I used to watch that show all the time!!

    Happy TT,
    ~Kat

    Blogger Winter said ... (10:23 PM) :

Everytime I try to keep plants at home they die. However, I can always make them thrive at the office! Maybe it's cuz the cats don't come to work with me...

    Blogger Ann said ... (10:52 PM) :

Great list, I love the Star Wars collectibles. I've got a monster jade plant and a ficus, but no pothos. Have a great weekend.

Blogger Shelley Munro said ... (11:13 PM) :

    Aw, I want Gizmo.

Blogger Debbie Mumford said ... (2:51 AM) :

I knew we were soul-sisters! A lava lamp...you have a lava lamp!! *giggle*

    Blogger L. Rosario said ... (5:42 AM) :

    OMG!!!! MONCHICHI!!! LOL

Blogger Rhonda Stapleton said ... (6:53 AM) :

OMG I'm dying laughing. Dude, what a blast from the past! Now, I can't get that Jem song out of my head.

    Jem is truly outrageous
    Truly truly truly outrageous

Blogger Tempest Knight said ... (1:40 PM) :

Susan - You have James Hetfield bobblehead?! I'm jealous. *wg*

Pussreboots - Heh! That's what makes my office so special.

Kaige, L. Rosario, Heather - I wasn't into Monchichis, but my cousin gave me one during the 80s. I had forgotten about it until I moved and found it. I have to admit that I find them cuter now than I did before. Hehehe!

Isabelle - Slinkies are great ways to get over writer's blocks sometimes. ;)

Blogger Tempest Knight said ... (1:43 PM) :

Winter - Pothos are the only plants that I seem to have a green thumb for. *LOL*

Susan - I've got two inside the house and 3 outside.

Kathleen - I was in mid-twenties but I used to watch the JEM cartoon too. BTW, I bought them on DVD a couple of years ago. Hahaha!

Rhonda - Can you believe I have the whole JEM doll collection? And of course with it, all cassettes with the episodes songs expanded. Man,

Blogger Tempest Knight said ... (1:49 PM) :

Debbie - What's a girl's bachelorette pad without a lava lamp? *winks* Besides, I can spend hours distracted by it, watching the "lava" go up and down. It's quite soothing. *wg*

Shelley - Cute, isn't it? Heh! My cousin used to have the gremlin version. I wanted one, but they were too expensive on EBay.

Tara and Ann - Thanks! I love Star Wars but I'm not into collecting anything from the movies. The figurines were given to me as b-day presents.

Xakara - *ROFL* Yeah, especially with the rubik cube.

Gina - Gorgeous, aren't they? They have these tigers at our local Walgreens drugstores. The mid-size one costs only $10, and the big one about $30. Not bad! My oldest witchling bought a mid-sized one in white.

    Blogger Sarai said ... (4:33 PM) :

Oh the memories you brought back. Lord, Alf I have a talking one that my dog has been eyeing now for awhile. (OF course teasing her with it isn't cool I sneak up behind her and push the talking button and laugh when she jumps) Of course she wille either kill Alf or poop in my slippers one of these days for pay back.
    Great list!!
